Crisis Resources

The Online Meditation Chapel is a community of practice rather than a counseling, pastoral care, or spiritual direction ministry. Spiritual Companionship and Spiritual Direction:

Spiritual direction is not counseling or psychotherapy. A spiritual director serves as a companion who helps individuals explore their spiritual life, questions of meaning, and experiences arising through prayer, meditation, and contemplative practice.
